Cochin - Munnar - Periyar – Kumarakom- houseboat

cruise at Kumarakom, Cruise and stay on a kerala Houseboat, fishing, safe

Kumarakom - Bird Sanctuary, Vembanadu lake, Pathiramanal island, lagoons,
farms, village visit, country boats, fishing and many more…
Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival Cochin, Meet our tour coordinator. Transfer to Hotel. Later go on a
short sight seeing of Fort Cochin including Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue,
Jew street, St. Francis church, Marine drive, Bolghatty palace etc..Over
night at the Hotel.
Day 2
Morning after Breakfast, Check-out and leave for Munnar. Reach and check-inn
to the Resort by after noon. Relax for the rest of the day at the resort or
is optional to visit Pallivasal water falls and Blossom park in the evening.
Return to the resort for dinner and over night stay.
Day 3
After Breakfast go on a full day sight seeing of Munnar including Mattupetty,
Kundala dam, Eco-point, Top station, Indo-swiss cattle farm etc.. After noon
visit to Rajamala and Eravikulam National Park. Return to the Resort for
Over night stay.
Day 4
Transfer to Thekkady, Morning after Breakfast, Check-out from the resort and
leave for Thekkady. Drive through one of those most picturesque hill
highways for approximately 3 hours to reach and check-in to your hotel at
Thekkady. Evening go for a walk at the Periyar Wild life sanctuary and for
the boating to spot wild life while you cruise. Return to the hotel for
dinner and over night stay.
Day 5
Visit to plantations or a tea factory in the morning. Return to hotel for
breakfast and check-out. Later proceed for Kumarakom. Reach and check-in to
the water front resort. Rest of the day is free for personnel activities and
relaxing. Activities around includes, swimming, fishing, village visit, farm
visit, sun-set cruise etc.. Over night at the resort.
Day 6
After breakfast, transfer to the Houseboat Embarkation point. Check-in to
the exclusive houseboat with bed rooms and bath attached for a full day
cruise with all your meals and an overnight stay on board. The boat cruise
route include, Vembanadu lake, Pathiramanal island, Bird Sanctuary, R-block,
Kainakari, other regions of Kuttanadu and reach Alapuzha , Punnamada lake.
The boat will not cruise beyond 1730 hours in the evning. The same will be
anchored in the lake for an over night stay.
Day 7
After Breakfast, check-out and Dis-Embark from the houseboat for onward trip
to Cochin. Transfer to Airport / to Railway station for onward destination.
