Ethipothala Water falls, Water Falls

Just about 11 kms from the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam are the Ethipathala waterfalls an the Chandravanka river, a tributary of the river Krishna.

Amidst beautiful scenic surraundings yau can marvel at the shimmering water as it cascades dawn 70ft into. a lagoon. The picture pastcard beauty af the place with verdant valleys tagether with numerous cave temples and the hilly cauntryside have made this, a favaorite picnic spot. Ethipothala also boasts of a cracadile breeding centre where you can get a fascinating glimpse af these reptiles from close quarters and observe their behaviour in their natural habitat.
