Day
1: Arrive Cochin
On arrival to the Cochin airport you will be met by the Our
representative and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Cochin.
Day 2 : In Cochin
In the morning after breakfast explore with Canter Tours guide the
fascinating Portuguese Town visiting the Fort Cochin, Jewish
Synagogue, Spice markets. Overnight at Cochin.
Day 3 : Cochin - Kumarakom
In the morning drive to Kumarakom the gateway to the backwaters of Kerala
and check into to the backwaters resorts where you would spend you
day at leisure. Evening visit the Bird Sanctuary. Overnight at
Kumarakom
Day 4 : In Kumarakom
Day free to relax at the backwater resort. Overnight at Kumarakom
Day 5 : Kumarakom - Periyar
In the morning after breakfast drive to Periyar. On arrival check-into the
hotel. Afternoon with Our guide enjoy spice plantation tour followed
by a boat ride on Lake Periyar to view the wild animals that can be
spotted drinking and bathing from this 100 year-old lake. Overnight
at Periyar.
Day 6 : Periyar - Madurai
In the morning after breakfast drive to Madurai a city of antiquity and the
capital of the Pandyas. This city was the meeting place of poets,
academics, writers, builders and artisans. On arrival check-into the
hotel. Aftrenoon visit the world famous Meenakshi Temple, the Palace
of King Triumalay, Gandhi Museum and the Temple at Alaghat Koli.
Overnight at Madurai.
